THE BEAN

📍 The Bean at Millenium Park.

👁‍🗨 After a good day of Magnificent Mile shopping, visiting Millennium park and seeing the bean is a must. In the winter, there is an incredible Ice Rink facing Michigan Ave. We highly recommend the experience. ⛸ This is one of my favorite parks, specially in the summer. The Jay Pritzker pavilion is also located here and its one of my favorites places for concerts in the summer. The park in total is an architectural wonder. Also if you are a Popcorn Fan🍿 Garrets Popcorn is a famous chicago popcorn store that is not too far from here! The lines can get a little crazy in the summer but defiantly worth it!

 

NAVY PIER

👁‍🗨 If you want a good view of the city and a day of fun at the ferris wheel of Chicago head here. There is a big food court and great weather is always good as there is a little beach very close as well. This is the perfect spot for a date or if you are traveling with your significant other, its a very fun and playful space and the view of the skyline is gorgeous.

 

MAGNIFICENT MILE 

Calling all Shopping lovers! This street is the place to be, the store variety and dinning options down this street are endless. You have everything which is what really makes it that much more enjoyable, from the most expensive restaurants to fast food chains, cloths also go that way you will cross a Burberry store and then run into a Forever 21. This avenue is made for everyone, people all ages, those with a budget and those with no restrictions and its an iconic part of the city of Chicago. Its the center of the action, close to the river walk, you willl find boat tours if thats something that interest you we recommend them and last but not least if you are here in the summer you have to stop at the City Winery of Chicago Riverwalk. So fun and some of the best wines we’ve had!

Enjoying a sunny day in Chicago having some amazing milkshake and hotdogs at 📍Portillos🌭🌭 is one of our favorites. Even in a cold winter day, a hot dog is never bad. The famous Chicago style hotdog, will be an experience. Get some napkins with that and enjoy! The prices are very affordable and its quick and easy, specially if you are running from place to place either for work or on a tourist visit, this is a good centralized spot and its delicious!

This place is delicious, a little bit on the pricier side, so dress nice and go with good company. We recommend you reserve ahead of time as it can get really full! ⭐️ My favorites from their selection are the mussels (pictured) and their famous burger. They have great wine and beer selections as well. 🍷🍻 The atmosphere is great, its central to the city so after dinner its always nice to go on a little walk around the block and explore, see the city lights and enjoy Chicago.
